Tasty grilled chicken & avocado wrap

Ingredients: (makes 1 servings)

  • 1 mountain bread wrap (original)
  • 100g Chicken breast
  • 1 Handful of mix salad (Lettuce, rocket, carrot, tomato, cucumber)Healthy Eating, clean eating, chicken wrap, weight loss
  • 3 tsp of avocado
  • ¼ quarter of lime

Additional Extra’s

  • Add ranch or chilli mayo
  • Add rice

 

Method:

Prepare the fry pan with olive oil and cut the chicken into strips and place in fry pan. While the chicken is cooking prepare your salad but cutting up some lettuce, carrot, tomato and cucumber.

 

Now grab your avocado and cut ¼ out of it. With that quarter cut long thin slice of avocado.

 

Remember to check your chicken.

 

Grab your wrap, chuck it quickly in the microwave for 30 seconds, then place on plate. Put and spread the avocado across the wrap, then place the mix salad on top.

 

Once the chicken is cooked place in on the salad, grab the lime and squeeze it all over the wrap and wrap it up.

 

Best thing about the wrap is, it’s portable.

 

Per serving, no extra’s.
