Protein Packed Pancake Recipe
Protein Packed Pancakes
Ingredients: (makes 4 servings – 1 severing = 2 pancakes)
- 6 egg whites
- 1 Cup rolled oats
- 2 Scoop of protein powder (optional + your choice of flavour)
- ¼ Cup Cottage Cheese (optional)
- ½ Cup of water
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- Fruits, berries or nuts
- Peanut butter
- Greek Yoghurt
- Protein ice cream
Put and combine the egg whites, rolled oats, protein powder, cottage cheese and water into a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. If it isn’t becoming smooth and creamy just add a tsp of water until it does. Then add the cinnamon.
Put pan on cooker and pre heat. You can either cook in coconut oil or butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side until golden. Then serve with any of those extra’s but within moderation.
Per serving (2 pancakes) No extra’s.
