Healthy Omelette Recipe
Mighty Omelette
Ingredients: (makes 1 servings)
- 1 egg
- 4 egg whites
- 1 Cup of chopped vegetables (Capsicum, mushroom, onion, tomato)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp Cottage Cheese
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper or chilli flakes
Additional Extra’s
- Add any additional meat.
- Add any additional Vegetables.
- Avocado
- Your choice of sauce
Method:
Put your pan on medium heat, while you whisk the eggs, cottage cheese and your choice of spice together.
Then chop and dice your choice of vegetables and put in pan with butter then add your handful of spinach when you feel your vegetables are cooked. Cook until spinach has shrunk.
Now poor your egg mix into the pan until the upside is bubbling then flip the omelette till cooked.
** If you’re to add meat put the meat in before the vegetables**
Per serving, no extra’s.
